As a truck driver I’m always on the go but staying here for the night was worth it. Akash who checked me in was nothing short of amazing and his attitude was perfect. Customer service is key with me always. The shower was cool never seen one like it before the room was clean although the TV didn’t come on it was still okay I don’t watch nothing long anyways. I recommend staying here if you’re in town or just want a night of peace.
We got on the road later than we wanted to because the room and bed was SO COMFY!! We didn't want to leave. Honestly, the most comfortable bed and softest linen ever. Marked as "favorite". Love

This was my husband's first time traveling to this motel. He ended up staying 2 weeks. We'll come back and stay another four. Overall our stay was very convenient and nice. The location is perfect. Walking distance to a nice restaurant and bar across the street. The staff was always nice and accommodating. My husband was not satisfied with the water pressure on the third floor and they moved him to the First with no issues. The only downfall I think is if you like to take a bath there are no
I have stayed at this location several times! The rooms are always very clean, comfy beds, awesome water pressure in the shower, usually pretty quiet and the staff is always very pleasant and accommodating! I have not really had any issues except for the situation on my last visit. I went in to check the availability and was told that they were full. Which happens and is not a problem. However, when I looked online, there were rooms available. I asked the manager why there were rooms online but in person and he informed me that the last time I stayed someone smoked in my room, which is simply just not true! I am a smoker, however I always go outside. When I explained to him that someone must have been mistaken he assured me that he checks the room himself and that it had been smoked in! I assume that he believed he smelt cigarettes maybe, because there were no cigarette butts or ashes or burn holes or anything of that nature! I don't know if maybe I just smell like cigarettes and my clothes or something left a scent, but I do know that i did not smoke in the room!!! I am really saddened by his decision to not allow me to stay there anymore! Like I said, the place is very nice especially for the price range!!! I would say that it is the nicest hotel in Chattanooga that is budget-friendly! I would definitely recommend it to anyone despite the issue I had. I wish I could stay there again myself!
I really enjoy staying at your hotel. Its location is very convenient, right off of route 75 and I feel safe, leaving my precious car in your parking lot. Your staff has always gone above and beyond exceptional customer service, allowing myself and girlfriend to enjoy our time with you. I wish I lived closer. You run a very professional and clean operation. I will continue to book my stays at Sleep Inn as I sincerely enjoy your competitive rates and clean rooms. Keep up the good work!
Clean rooms, cozy bed, poor to mediocre at best for front desk customer service, Housekeeping staff is great!! In town for work and find out day to day if the job will continue or end so I rent nightly. Was rudely told after the 3rd night that this was not an extended stay and i would not be able to rent the next night. SO RUDE!!
Super clean room from the carpet to the bed to the bathroom. Quiet. Nothing smelled like smoke or pot. Very friendly front desk person. Breakfast was decent. I wish we had reason to travel this way again so we could stay here again. I wish all the hotels we stayed at were this nice.
